After years of partnering with Rowayton Seafood across branding, web, signage, and apparel, they approached us with a new vision: a coffee table cookbook. We led creative direction and design for the project, collaborating closely with longtime partner and lead photographer Morgan Ione.

From naming and concept development to identity design, editorial and production, our team touched every aspect of this 276-page book.

"A Touch of Salt" weaves together stories from local anglers and harvesters with straightforward, family-style recipes from the Rowayton Seafood team. Its structure is deliberate—divided into ten chapters, each focused on a single species. Design details carry meaning throughout, from the subtle dot beneath the “a” in salt to the consistent visual language that ties the book together.
